|Recommended: YesBest value, best location, staff and maintenance for the money — The Loop has everything you need for the least money. Variety of floor plans, only two story buildings which have been renovated. Located within walking distance of everything you need, savings on auto expense are enormous. This is a very stable community as many residents have been here for five years or more. We are nearly across the street from beautiful and massive Douglas Cook Park which features two different size dog parks, soccer and a football field, basketball courts extensive walking trails and more.
The staff is very responsive to resident needs and requests while maintenance is superb. I am proud to call The Loop at Wedgewood my home, you will be too.

|Recommended: YesParking and noise of other apartments could be worked on, but overall pleasant place — the parking can be packed sometimes, can hear some noise pollution from other apartments, grounds are very clean. staff is very nice, professional. maintenance staff is very nice, and very timely when it comes to repairs. overall this is a pleasant area to live. good location.

|Recommended: YesNeeds improvement — There is noise outside my apt most nights. The sidewalks are cracked and a hazard as well as some of the big tree stumps. I do appreciate that the appearance has improved after the painting and cutting of trees after the new management. The garbage situation has seemed better too. Thanks for all you do. I understand it takes a lot of work and is appreciated.

Needs Bigger better work out room for tenants with way more equipment.
We need a volley ball court not a Tennis court
