|Recommended: YesLovely oasis in North Lakeland — Very happy to have found this gem in the middle of a golf community and neighborhood. Tee 6 is on property Well maintained buildings and grounds. Every time I go out I see one of the maintenance personnel. Pool and fitness facility very clean. Quiet roads but just off of US 98 so many stores close by. Very safe and upstanding area and people.

|Recommended: YesThe staff alone makes you want to live here. — The price is high but as expected for the metro area it is in. The ladies at the office make this place a community and home 🏡 so it’s worth it.

The air-conditioning unit has stop working 3 times since we moved in 8 1. While the maintenance responds quickly. It should not keep breaking down.

|Recommended: YesI couldn't have chosen a nicer place to live. — You couldn't ask for anything better. You feel good about having people over because there is no trash around, the plants are trimmed and flowering, the lawn is always cut, and the trees are well taken care of.
There is no other place around like this. I'm glad I chose Wedgewood and look forward to many years together.
